By accessing or using Review Shield Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Review Shield Pro provides reputation management tools including review monitoring, feedback collection, SMS and email campaigns, review widgets, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited messages or spam
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Post fake or misleading reviews

5. SMS and Email Communications

By using our SMS and email features, you represent that you have obtained proper consent from recipients in compliance with applicable laws including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR. You are solely responsible for the content of your messages and maintaining compliance with all regulations.

6. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our fees with 30 days notice. Continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Review Shield Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Review Shield Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
